Good news for you and for all open-minded members of us and even for those who are no members at all.

I do not fall into speculation that others pursue who pretend to know something they like to share and then after some short while it turns out that nothing verifiable was behind it and nothing really happens as it has been experienced again and again so far.

Unfortunately.

First, let's recapitulate some facts. We are in the third year without being able to make any withdrawals from our accounts and we are in our first year the website has disappeared and no login is possible and no weekly results are posted as was done regularly as long as the website was available online.

We heard rumors of some negotiations that the company was sold from Russian owners to Chinese and some legal issues need to be settled and the process of this will supposedly take a long time.

Let us keep in mind, this is no official statement but only information from members like you and me - as is said - with seemingly some connection to some traders or unknown managers working for the company or even with some person who really overviews the whole situation - or not.

But actually, we know nothing and we don't even know for sure whether the person in Switzerland or in Austria or from some other countries really know something sustainable as no reliable source of information is given. On the contrary, secrecy and guesswork is an information policy.

These are the hard facts!

Now let me tell you something personal in order to better understand my point of view and my actions.

I entered the business some years ago by invitation with a small amount of money and everything was just fine. Money transfer worked, profit accumulation worked and even money withdrawal worked perfectly. So I decided to put some more money into the system, trust was built up in me. Besides some minor problems in communication which I suspected was due to the rapid growth of the organization, everything looked good. Even on the events which took place in Germany in the cities of Berlin and Munich, the overall impression was not too bad. On such an event I had a short personal conversation with the Spanish key speaker and handed over to him a prepared letter with some topics I was not happy with and he promised me to read it and reply to it. I complained among others about the drawback of transparency. In the beginning, there was a list of all traders with their full names, photos and a short CV and their weekly results, of course. The names disappeared, the photos disappeared, the CVs all disappeared but the individual results were still given on a weekly basis. Online communication became tough, individual questions got no response, instead just some standard replies were sent out which often enough did not hit the nail on the head. So the situation was deteriorating gradually and the promised additional payment methods were not expanded but reduced instead until the unforeseeable sudden end.

Obviously, something went wrong.

Enough of the incidents to stop the list of grave inadequacies here, a lot more could be added. I even offered my assistance if additional manpower for the organization paired with knowledge and trading skills were required. No answer on that either.

Why do I tell you this?

To cut a long story short, I am a trader myself, and when I entered the AGAM business, I looked at the relatively constant weekly results that added up to an amazing amount within a year.

I said to myself that I hardly would do any better with my own trading efforts.

But now, after a very long time of patient waiting and the disappearance of the website, I changed my mind and I have an offer which might be of interest to you.

As a consequence of the ongoing, totally unacceptable situation - honestly, would you treat your clients the way we were treated for years without any official justification or notification? - I start trading for me and for other interested members like you if you agree.

The disadvantage might be, to mention the negative first, I do not make any promises regarding future trading results. This is absolutely impossible as no one can foresee the future, it is that simple, generally speaking. Even if so-called risk-free arbitrage positions are traded, no one knows how long these could be carried out successfully as competition would increase until these easy profits then more or less sooner or later diminish or disappear altogether.

Moreover, I am only a single person and everything depends solely on me, nothing will average out as there are not dozens of traders to smoothen the weekly results.

Maybe you see other disadvantages coming with this proposal? Just add it to your list.

On the positive side, you know who is trading the account. It is me, Klaus Oldigs, a German citizen who lives in the city of Pilsen and who has studied physics and economics at the University of Stuttgart a long time ago. And yes, I have many years of trading experience, and yes, I have already managed an investment club, and yes, I also passed the US National Futures Association exam series 3 long time ago. And yes, I have specialized in the trading field in currency trading including trading in cryptocurrencies and indices like the Dow Jones Index, the Dax Index or the Nikkei Index. Not excluded to trade are special situations in the precious metal markets, let me mention gold for example or some other markets where volatility goes up and might be of interest for temporary profitable positions. I have mentioned these details because elsewhere there is talk about many traders and nobody knows what they actually do, if anything, and - strange enough - make trades in a mysterious way.

Most important, I am a real person as you can see on this video with a permanent residence address and no cyber ghost, and without any doubt, I bear the full responsibility for all trading transactions and no signal generation software or fully automated trading robots do this challenging job (although robots also can perform well - see below).

The trading I carry out is a so-called day-trading which means that all established positions will normally be closed before the market close. This is done to avoid overnight risks. But day-trading as I execute does not mean that I will trade every day, Instead, the trading activity takes place preferably in special situations where market movements are supposed to become strong enough to generate high profits (event trading). So there are no constant weekly results shown but a comment from my side is given why I did this or that. And, of course, there is a complete trade listing from the order executing broker available to all members. This means unsurpassed transparency. There is nothing better than this.

You can imagine, this trading service can not be carried out free of charge. There will be a reasonable profit-sharing agreement on a monthly basis and a small front-up fee at the start (in hedge fund style).

And it will be a closed-shop operation, that is, when the time window for registration is closed no further persons can participate for the course of a trading period which is set for six months.

For optimized results, I fully concentrate on one account only and it is important you understand this. I am no multi-tasker.

And there is no compensation for referrals, this is not some kind of multi-level marketing (MLM). Your motivation to participate should be the trust in me as a trader and a good prospect of many profitable trades and not any referral fees for new members. What you negotiate with other interested people, is your own business.

In other words, the structure is kept very simple and clear so that everyone easily understands how the system works.

And, again I want to emphasize, I make no promises regarding future results as, without exception, nobody can predict future market movements safely. It is all about probability considerations and expectation values that can be juggled mathematically. An old record of performance ("track record") is therefore completely meaningless and can even be misleading because nothing can be deduced from past successes for the future. Furthermore, although no one of us wants or likes to hear, even losses might occur for whatever reason!

If you can not live with this true statement just stay away from this speculative engagement as this is not for you and I wish you good luck elsewhere. Be warned, don't fall into a trap of false promises, there are an awful lot of them on the financial markets that are mushrooming with every new trend.

After this brief introduction, it is up now to you to compare and evaluate the pros and cons of this business proposal as you see it and to make a decision on whether to join or not.

Regarding the Five Winds Asset Management situation and its development let's hope that it's no Ponzi scheme and there will be some good news in a not too distant future although it was reported that a few sales people of the MLM organisation have been arrested and sentenced. If there will be a successor organization, we can confidently assume that the same mistakes will not be made again.
